| Abstract | Abstract : Purpose: This paper highlights the cultural diversity factors in King Hamad University Hospital. The study intends to measure the association between: Age Diversity AD. EBD Educational Background Diversity. LD Language Diversity, Values System VS. ED Experience Diversity and EP Employees Performance. Design/Methodology/Approach: To get the answer to the research questions, quantitative research methodology has been chosen. The primary data has been collected using a structured questionnaire, and the online survey is designed mainly depending on the Likert Scale (rating scale of 5 points) through the questionnaire. The sample size has been selected as 300 in KHUH from all employees categories (Admin-Nursing-Allied- & Doctors). A convenience sampling was used to select the respondent of the survey. Word, Excel were used to form the survey and (SPSS) was used to analyses data. Finding: After analyzing the data and process it statically, results shows that the factors of Cultural Diversity which are employees performance. age diversification, education, language, values system, and experience diversity have a positive relationship with employees performance.
