| Abstract | Abstract : This study examines the subject matter of interim execution disputes under Decree-Law No. (22) of 2021 on the issuance of the Bahraini Civil and Commercial Execution Law. The study is structured into two chapters, preceded by a preliminary chapter. In the preliminary chapter, we define execution disputes, classify their types and basis of categorization, and analyze their legal nature and significance. Furthermore, we distinguish execution disputes from other similar or overlapping legal systems. In Chapter One, we explore the legal framework of interim execution disputes, covering their definition, characteristics, and scope. We then examine their general and specific conditions, followed by an analysis of their procedural framework, including the authority responsible for execution, the competent court for adjudicating interim execution disputes, and the relevant procedures and judgments Chapter two focuses on the applications of interim execution disputes through two sections. The first section addresses applications of interim execution disputes prior to the completion of execution in comparative laws and Bahraini law, while the second section examines applications of interim execution disputes following the completion of execution in comparative laws and Bahraini law. Finally, we conclude the study by presenting the key findings derived from our research, followed by a set of recommendations for the Bahraini legislator regarding this subject.
