| Abstract | Abstract : The difficulties and importance of the research: Time is an available resource which should be exploited efficiently as an important dimension at present and plan it and benefit from it efficiently in the future. Therefore time management has become one of the main criteria that are considered when measuring the success and efficiency of the manager because bad time management negatively effect the establishment. The Sport Game Union is an organization that consists of clubs, which have activity in the game under the supervision of the union with the aim of advertising the game and raise its technical level in accordance with the rules and regulation issued by the international union of the game. Therefore time management for the official of the sport union is considered one of the available resources to achieve the objectives of the sport unions. The effectiveness of such time is measured by the extent the efficiency of the official of benefiting from it to achieve these goals in comparison with the cost incurred by the unions to purchase time in the form of salaries, wages and cash and material rewards. However because the sport union is one of the important organizations upon which the Kingdom of Bahrain depends to create a wide base for practicing sport activities in order to prepare the youth technically and administratively to reach the required sport level locally and internationally.. And because as far as I think the time management of sport union was not discussed in a research before in the Kingdom of Bahrain whereas there is no scientific study in this field, the researcher found it a strong reason to conduct a study in this effect. Whereas the administrators in the sport unions in the Kingdom of Bahrain are at the peak of the sport hierarchical succession, I found it essential to conduct a scientific research to study time management of these administrators. | |
