| Abstract | Abstract: Man-made laws concerned with the integrity of the human body where offense all acts that would prejudice to human life and safety of his body and decided disciplinary towards all who hurt it, although it has been legalized the medical business conducted by doctors on patients even though it touches the face of the safety body, but it is intended to preserve the lives and the safety of his body, and improve the psychological condition, and maintain it. To carry the responsibility of the doctor it is required to maintain the corner of error availability, injury and the causation, where the legislator did not define the disciplinary offense as is the case in the criminal offense and only included the duties and forbidden that doctor must abide by. There are rights assigned to doctors compared to their commitments that they have to abide by. Health institutions is one of the most important structures that contribute to the development of the national health system, as reflected by the functions Performed which medical activity is the most prominent, these institutions made up of several types, it bears a set of obligations towards the beneficiaries to it’s services during the exercise of their functions, which leads to configure different relationships that links between them and their users.
